Additionally, the Service facilitates the process of obtaining, issuing, and delivering insurance policies through integrated features. All non-user content and features of the Service (e.g., software, branding, logos, UI) are the intellectual property of Primecraft LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process personal information, including information obtained via third-party login services such as Google and Facebook.
Google OAuth Use: We use Google OAuth to authenticate users and access basic profile information (e.g., name, email) in accordance with Google API Services User Data Policy.
Facebook Login Use: We use Facebook Login to allow users to access the Service quickly and securely. We may request access to basic profile information such as name, email, and profile picture, strictly for account creation and login purposes. We do not publish content to a user's Facebook profile or access any sensitive data without explicit consent. All Facebook data is handled in compliance with Facebook Platform Terms and Data Policy.

These Terms shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. All legal disputes shall be handled in South Carolina state or federal courts.
